here is the latest market available.
Tested and working on my Lephone w3g100 (with custom 2.3android)

Download com.android.vending-1.apk for free on Filesonic.com

I was not able to update the existing market, therefore I used the 91 suite to delete the old one from system/app folder and upload the new one.

you have to have the device rooted.

I tested the market, however it seems it does not download the app - it says there is no space on device which is wrong.
