ive been seeing some crazy themes from users here, and being a graphic designer and a photographer, i wanted to know how you guys do it so i can theme out my own stuff here n there...

i just got a Samsung Epic 4g and i want to theme it up, and make it sleek like some of the stuff i see around here...

is there a website or thread here that will point me in the right way?...
