Assuming that your phone currently has the default text messaging app, go into the app through the App Drawer. Once in the app, follow the steps above and see if that helps.
Not sure what you mean by app drawer, but I opened the envelope on my main screen where I send texts from, checked settings, cuz there was no "options" selection... Settings didn't have anything about changing chat bubbles so does that mean it isn't possible at all?
