Welcome cchukan to the AF community
What kadimi posted is a good comparison of specs, but truly the difference between the two lies in the customization. The iPhone is a great phone, with a smart, fast OS...however is pretty lackluster when it comes to customization.
Android and iPhone, can do anything you really want it to do, but this is where android shines through, because unlike iPhone, Android can really become anything you want it to.
If you want the most customized phone, that is OC'd and looks like an iPhone because you love how it looks, but want widgets and a crazy notification bar you can do it.
The sky is the limit with android, where you dont even get off the ground with iPhone!
Enjoy your time here at AF, i hope i provided you with some insight
