[New App] Chess Mates

Hey guys,
So I released my first Android App today and I was wondering if you guys would take a look at it and give me some feedback. It is called Chess Mates let me know what you think.

Wow! The app looks great. And for a first app, I am very impressed. I also recently released my first app, but yours looks way better, haha. May I ask how long it took you to make it?

Thank you Qasim! Well I been working on it since about April in my free time. It has been a long long road You should add me as a friend and we can play a game of chess my name is EpicOfChaos

Very good application.. it's a bit frustrating because the squares are a bit too tiny and sometimes i move the piece to a totally wrong place than i expect. At least there is an 'Undo' command. On the other hand very good application.

Thanks Flaviu, I appreciate you taking a look at it. Yeah it is hard to maneuver on these small screens some times. Any suggestions on how you would solve that problem? BTW what is your username, I would like to play a game against you.

Now, one way I have seen applications like Scrabble do this is my pinch to zoom the gameboard, in this case you could zoom and then easily touch where to place, but that could be hard to implement.

Yeah that is a good suggestion, I will have to play around with such an implementation. The problem I see is in Chess you could potentially move the entire distance of the board, and it is important to analyze the board as a whole to make sure it is a good move. But worth looking into.
