New App to Change Nav App Voice.

Just wondering, is it possible to get/create an app that:
1) lets you change the voice of the Google navigator?
2) lets you replace the stock status bar icons(battery, headphones)?

....both w/out rooting.

Ha!, Yeah and it would only take you to one destination.......Coruscant! (BTW thats the center of the galaxy in the Star wars movies.)..., and I'm not a Star Wars nerd I just remember it from the movie.)

Havn't made fun of it yet, however, I do miss what it says at times. If it's something quick I totally miss it. Also have not figured out how to get it to repeat what it last said.

Also, the Loquendo TTS for iGo is pretty good, but I don't know if there's an Android equivalent. I used to have it on my Touch Pro2.
