I have had my original battery bloat, and luckily didn't harm the phone, so I bought a new battery since the bloated battery was causing me some problems with the power and what not. I need my phone to be dependable for in case of emergencies. Anyways, the new battery has been on the charger and has some charge, but it will not start my phone pass the Samsung turning on point. Why is it not starting up all the way?
