Hmm, not sure. Perhaps just a sticked mega thread or something, not even sure about that to be honest.

But I think a separate sub forum is overkill

There should be a board for the various UI's and homescreens and launchers for Android.

Users will still begin threads in the forum for their particular device, more to show off their screenshots than anything else, but also to get feedback on how various launchers affect their phones or where to get icons, live wallpapers, etc.
