Help New Boy car Mode Question

Hello & Help !

Im sure Im not alone but my Wildfire S keeps launching car mode but none of the "No dock" apps help. Also it dials and receives calls with the speaker on, so you have to turn it off every time.

My phone is S-Off and rooted, Is there anyway I can delete the car mode program ?

If you have Root Explorer or any other file browser app with root capabilities, you can remove the .apk for that application manually, most likely in the /system/app folder. The alternative is using something that can freeze the app, such as Titanium Backup (paid version only for freezing, if I recall correctly).

Wow. Thankyou. I think I'm getting closer to finding this damn program. But haven't got it yet. Will keep trawling the system. Unless anyone knows exactly where its hiding.

Have searched and searched but can't find "car mode" I wonder if its named something else ?
