New Contract Pending - old sim??

Hey all,

I'm looking to upgrade my phone tomorrow, with a new contract. I'm doing this over the phone, so it will take a day or two for the phone to reach me.

I'd like to know whether, whilst waiting for the new phone, and new sim card (since I'm going from Sim to Micro Sim) to deliver, will my old sim be unusable?

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

your old sim should be fine until you activate the new one
