Hi Forum - I'm new to Google Play Store and have a question about Google Merchant.
I realized today that when users purchase your app from the Play Store they have 15 minutes to cancel the purchase and get a refund. I noticed in my merchant account, where all the transactions are listed, that almost ALL of the transactions have the green "charge" dots are NOT lit up, even after the 15 minute period. Some as long ago as 9AM (it's now 3:30PM). Please note these are NOT cancelled transactions - they are just not finishing with the charge.
Can anyone clarify what is going on for me?
