Help New Droid 2 Owner with a Quick Question

Y

Newbie
I was just curious if anybody with a Droid 2 or any knowledge of them knew if it was possible to send a text with the enter button on the hardware keyboard? I had the original Moto Droid and if I'm remembering correctly I was able to do this. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

yeah I was thinking the same thing, I remember being able to send messages with the keyboard on the orginal droid. but cant on the droid 2.

I remember I would accidentally send incomplete messages quite frequently and was rather annoyed by this "feature". I'm sure there were numerous complaints, and they removed that from the Droid 2.

it's still there. you just have to use the arrow keys until the "send" is highlighted. that press enter.

i send texts all the time through the slide out keyboard on the d2 :-D
