Help New Droid 3 & can't get ROM Mgr to work

I just got a new droid 3 and rooted it. now have ROM manager back on it and can't get it to do a backup, go to recovery or flash CWM. must be doing something stupid. Does anyone have an idea of what it is? Really want to get a backup done. george

Look in the section "Droid 3- All Things Root" and the sticked post there with the the title along the lines of "ultimate root thread" should help you.

And, make sure to put any root related posts in the "all things root" area, thanks

You need to install CWM before you can use that.
