Hi all,
I bought an Eris just over a month ago and started having various problems recently. A couple of days ago I couldn't unlock the phone, even after removing the battery a few times, so I did a reset today. Now it's working although the keyboard sticks pretty frequently, so I might reset again and see if it goes away. Anyway, I'm here to get a sense of how frequently the Eris has problems and how serious they are, and to decide if I should start bugging Verizon to replace it. I've heard that a few people successfully got an Incredible as a replacement, so I'm considering trying that.
