Help New evo cannot root yet ...can it tether?

Hi all

My upgrade is finally here. White evo is on its way from sprint.

It will most likely be the new hboot.
And I understand that it is not rootable yet.

So ..is it still USB tether-able with the normal free apps in the market? Or is it still built in stock ?

Which one is best for the evo?
Which ones support 4g?

When is it rumored to be rooted? Any updates?

Yes, pdanet or easy tether.

They both pretty much do the same thing. Why not try both of the free versions and try them out.

There is a root out now:

Unrevoked is working on a new one click root that should be out soon.
