new firmware

I just saw that a few minutes ago.

Looked for Verizon, as usual, nothing there and won't be for the life of my phone if past history tells us anything.

I have my fingers crossed though, that the recent spate of competition amongst the wireless carriers might encourage Verizon to actually do something for their customers. If folks start jumping ship and just change out the SIM cards on their S5 phones..... think they might notice?

so much for the best carrier. when customer service and software updates suck.
