I 've already install the Advanced Task Killer (free edition), the MSNtalk, and the Facebook app.

Yeap, you are right!!!

I would to have access to web, my mails, view some docs (word, excel etc) and play some games for free time!

browsers:: Opera min would be enough, but keep dolphin hd so that you may ant to download files from sites like rapid share etc which are possible only via that.
email :: you have a built in app
documents viewing :: there's a inbuilt app, think office
games :: I'm not much of that kind, but i guess Angry birds is good.

I think I'll take a completely different view than PurPL3

Browser: Stock browser is the best, use Astro File Manager if you have issue downloading files

Email: K9 mail is the best email application out there

Documents: Documents to Go is the best

Games: Heavy Gunner 3D, Air Control, Tank Hero

Fun stuff: PrankDial, Shazam,

Useful stuff: root explorer, mybackup, tasker
