Hi guys,
I ordered galaxy note 5 (unlocked) from B&H as a gift to my mother.
I've just received the package, and when I opened the package, the white Samsung factory sticker on the phone box which says "DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN" has been cut through.
Since B&H closes at 1 on Friday and close on Saturday, there is no way to contact the seller or customer service. I just emailed them about the situation but I don't know when they are going to reply me.
What do you guys think? do you guys think that they gave me the returned phone? Anyone else have this issue with the broken seals? This is so annoying..ugh
