Help New Galaxy S3 spares battery not NFC not working.

I have purchased a genuine Galaxy S3 spare battery for my phone. This battery mentioned it support NFC. But, if I scan my existing NFC tags after placed this new battery, it will not give any respond.

Is it a battery issue or something else. But those tags working with the my old S3 battery.

Sounds like the nfc chip in the new battery isn't working.

I would try to get a refund
