Hello everyone, my question isn't very technical, or maybe it is ... not sure now. Anyway, I've only just had my Galaxy Y about a week and loving it so far and very happy I bought it. I made the jump from a Nokia 5230 (which I dearly loved until getting the Samsung), but I have a question (as do many of us on here).
There's tape around the lower edge on the bottom corner, it is explained in the manual as being there to cover the antenna? And it says not to remove the tape, however, even only just a week, the tape is starting to come off on it's own and I'm trying to keep it on. I've got the phone in a silicone case and hope that helps, but I suppose what I'm trying to find out is: Will anything bad happen to the phone if the tape should come off completely?
I'm guessing no big deal, but then again, I'm new to all this Android stuff (and to think, it all started with buying a cheap Android resistive-touch epad to read Kindle on!).
Any other tips on how best to use this phone would be greatly appreciated. I love it, but not very techie I'm afraid.
