Help New GMAIL features not working

I am on a stock Motorola RAZR Maxx HD running Android 4.1.1 and after upgrading to Gmail 4.3, I see no options to to reply, archive or delete messages from notifications.

It's not specific to your device, I'm not seeing it on my Nexus 7 or Nexus 4 either.

Well... this is what it'll do (on my N4).

Had a mess about with different combos and if I swipe from the centre of the notification with both fingers in opposite directions it does it.

That works for me too... Is there a way to set that as the default for GMAIL in the notification tray?

I have to pinch the notification to see the extra options

Keep in mind that if you're using an app that has a permanent home in the notification pane (like Power Toggles) this may cause other notifications to be collapsed by default and you'll have to manually expand then.
