Help New GS3 Owner - Q: Lagging and Will not update?

I purchased a brand new, unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3. I came sealed in the GS3 Box with European power adapter (with US power adapter plug). The default language was French, switched it to English and set it up.

Running 4.04 and just the normal apps installed by me; no app killers or battery apps. I am a normal user, meaning, not launchers and actually no games installed. I have a brand new Sansdisk 32 gig card with all my pictures and music on it.

Before loading the 12-15 apps, the phone was quick as hell. Not within one day, the phone lags very bad! I attempted to get the software update, however install fails over and over.

Any ideas?

Hmm.... I think I fixed it!

Since I had installed so many apps and set a few widgets in place (4 screens only), I kinda thought the phone may have stuff laying around (room messy - old PC fix). I located an app called "Lagfix" and ran it.

DONE!!!

Fast as it was when I pulled it out of the box! Anyone else find this app and used it before?
