Resisted the urge for a smart phone for a long time but wound up getting an iPhone 3GS a little over a year ago and loved it.
Now I have come over to the good side. Had several Android phones in the last few months.
Currently using a Samsung Captivate and love it but just became eligible for an AT&T upgrade last week and will probably get an HTC Inspire.
From everything I can gather I can use this as a wi-fi hotspot for my laptop and iPad if I am some place without a wi-fi signal right?
I am grandfathered under an old AT&T unlimited data plan so this would be perfect for me if that is the case since I have a Gen I iPad with wi-fi only...
