New Guy messing with his old ERIS?

Well Hello, I spent a lot a time reading and trying things with my old ERIS. I held off rooting and flashing it till I no longer needed it(just in case). So I'm now converting it to a MP3 player/WI-FI device. Phone has been rooted and now is running the "TheMp3Rom", Some of the questions I have now are what is a good player to install as this is not the most powerful piece, and would like stable verses edgy. Also I would love to remove a few more of the stock apps that came with the ROM, has there been any movement on a uninstaller program to easily accomplish this yet.

Thanks,
Patrick

I use vital player for videos, and titanium backup will uninstall apps you don't want or you can just use a file explorer like root explorer to delete the apk from your system/app folder.
