New guy on the block

Hello everyone,

New guy here. I'm a cell phone enthusiast (that's a thing, right?) and am looking to take my phone further than stock software will ever allow it to go. So, that's what I'm here for. Care to help a new guy out?

PS: I'm INCREDIBLY interested in rooting and modding. I have a LG Marquee for Boost so any one willing to point me in the direction of making this phone more awesome would be greatly appreciated!
