Newbie
Hey Guys and Gals,
I am new to the Android forums. I bought an EVO when they first launched. But shortly after, my wife and I BOTH lost our jobs (her company folded and I worked for Sprint Kiosk that was acquired by Radioshack, so my job as manager was eliminated) and sadly we had to lower our phone bill. Well since then I have found a new job, gotten a good raise and sent my wife back to college. Now that we are back on track, its time to get some new phones (Im using a Rumor 2 and she is using the Rumor Touch).
I'm looking for a phone that can be rooted (im not sure if all android phones can be) and one that supports wireless hotspots. I plan on buying the PS Vita when it launches and would like to have a constant WiFi connection for it.
I'm looking forward to learning and sharing things on this forum. I hope to be on here for a long time to come.

Edit: BTW, I have Sprint as my carrier.

But I'm a bit biased towards the Nexus devices
