Hi. New to the forum, new to Android. I live in the middle of nowhere without 3-or 4G service, tired of contracts, so I got a MetroPCS LG Esteem. So far, so good!

Hello Jamest and welcome to Android Forums. We have a section here at AF just to discuss your new phone. It can be found here: LG Esteem - Android Forums
It would be a great place for you to start. You should pick up all the tricks and tips about your phone from the good users there. Have fun and thanks for joining AF and taking the time to say hello.
