New here, but not to android

Hello, I am a senior member of XDA but, I am here to help one of my friends who is not an active user of XDA. I do not consider myself an android noob.

I have or had The

Samsung Captivate, Samsung Captivate glide, iPhone 3g, iPhone 3gs, HTC Aria, Motorola Atrix 4g, and the LG Nitro HD (current device)

these are out of order, btw
