Help New icon after jb

I got the jb update today. Now i have this little icon flashing on and off. It's just beside the 3g flashing on and off. What is it? It is even there when i turn wifi off.

I didn't think of that. Yes i am. Today i want and i didn't have the flashing icon. That makes sense. Thanks a lot!
