Google Opinion Rewards - It hasn't fully rolled out yet world-wide. It is currently only available in the US, UK, Canada Australia, Germany Italy, Netherlands Mexico, Brazil, and Japan.
What the app does is occasionaly ask you questions like in a survey then occasionally give you money to spend in the Play Store. It's sponsored by Google but the questions can come from any number of corparate partners. I haven't recieved the icon update yet steveallbright.

No, just interface and colors it seems. It was due.

It isn't even complete. Most of the UI elements are still green.
I did see the little trophy instead of the old thing on my status bar.
