New icon

I just noticed a new icon in my notification bar and can't figure out the app it's from. I've tried rebooting the phone by turning it off, soft reset and virtual battery pull but it won't go away. I've also tried disabling apps that it might belong to without success. I would greatly appreciate anyone telling me what this belongs to. Thank you in advance,

That's the NFC icon.

Try Settings > ... More > NFC > Turn OFF and see if it goes away.
