Help New ICS today, Exchange email doesn't have REPLY ALL when reading email???

So I downloaded ICS per the prompt from my phone today. My Exchange Email now no longer has a way to "reply all" to all parties that were included in the email on the "TO" and "CC" areas....this is a major issue for me. The only place I found that I can REPLY all is from the Inbox view, by long holding on the email and then it gives me the option. I need to REPLY ALL from the actual email and not have to back out of it.

Am I missing something here or can someone tell me where I'm not finding this?

does for me.. I hit the reply arrow (at the top) and it gives me the option to reply or reply all.

This is using the stock email app - not Gmail.
