ok, let me explain what my issue is... you know when you call customer service or literally ANY business or company of some kind and you get to the point where it's like, "press 1 for tech support, press 2 for account info" etc... well.. 50% of the time, when i press the 1 or 2 or any number key on my keypad in the middle of a call.. it doesn't recognize ive even pressed a button... say i receive a collect call and it says, "press 1 to accept this call".. well, ill press the 1 button a million times and it will just keep talking like i havent pressed anything until it disconnects and the person tries to call back.. after the 2nd or 3rd time of someone calling, it will FINALLY realize that i pressed a button and accept the call.. so im thinking it must be a software problem.. i mean, i can dial out and use my keypad perfectly then... it's just at those times when it tells me to "press 1 for..." and things like that, it just doesnt recognize that im doing anything.. it's weird....
can anyone help me with some new phone calling apps? i dont even know what you'd call it.. but you get what im saying... thanks!
P.S... i have a Samsung Galaxy Victory running 4.1.2
