Hi all
I'm New Zealand-based, a long-time gadget user (eg I've owned a model of every Newton there ever was!) and have been a Nokia/Symbian user for pretty much the last 14 years.
Finally decided to make the leap to Android and got a Samsung Galaxy player to learn on without the need to dump my N97mini....liked the Gingerbread OS a lot.
When the PadFone was announced, all my Xmas' had come at once: the concept of a "real" portable machine holding all of my data was irresistable....so I didn't resist
Also own a couple of iPads (not an Apple fanboy-am wintel based outside of mobile computing) that have their good and bad points.
Anyway: that's me. Nice to meet you all, sure I'll have lots of Q's as time goes on.
Given the PadFone's pretty new out there, happy to answer anything people may want to know about the unit(s: have the full tablet-keyboard-stylus set)
Cheers
