my kies says I already have the latest version 1.51.10074_45

how did u get 1,5,1,1, 10083 ?

I had to re-download it from samsung. It wasn't found using the update within Kies. And since installing it I can no longer sync my outlook. Kies no longer finds my phone with 10083. I'm about to revert.
