Hi guys! Name is Scott. From Kansas City MO, I am in Tech Support with AT&T (internal tech support) I am an Iphone convert, and just got me my first Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S4). This phone is a beast! and I am loving it.

My first question. I am looking for some way to lock my ringer loud, while being able to use my volume rocker to adjust other volume setting like music or games. I have missed a few calls because of this.

Hey Kcttocs!

If you pull down the notification bar, there should be an option to toggle between sound/vibrate/mute.

Today is the official launch for att I think. Got mine via the pre order two days ago. Still trying to figure this thing out.
