I'm David, and I joined the forum to share information about the ins and outs of my HTC Hero/Sprint. I basically love the phone, but have had a lot of minor and a couple of major problems with HTC software and support. Like a lot of other people, I've been eagerly awaiting the 2.1 upgrade, which I installed the day it was posted on 5/19. For the most part, things have improved on my phone, but HTC has left some of the 1.5 problems in place and created a few more. On the other hand, several of my concerns have been fixed. And...I finally figured out how to make the rather buggy HTC Sync (new version 2.0.33) to work. Sort of. I'll create a separate post in the appropriate forum on that one. Anyway, cheers everybody.
