Help New member needing help

So i've tried to get help fro Virgin Mobil they do not respond, went with HTC on facebook just made it worst. I have a HTC one V, any games that needs facebook, does not work, it comes up to the web page, and say error please reload like that helps. If any one can help please answer... And they told me to uninstall HTC on facebook and now I can't get it back... My deadline is June 11 if I can't get it working there's no sense paying for another month...
