I bought an Atrix 4G on ebay and everything works fine. I have been having problems keeping or even establishing a data connection and an AT&T CS rep told me the system is down statewide (WA).

The only other problem I'm having is my laptop will not recognize my Atrix. I get the USB connect symbol on the phone, but the laptop does nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately I do not own an Atrix so I can be of little help. Though I can point you in the right direction.

Pull down the notification bar and tap on the usb symbol. You should be prompted to connect as storage, which if you permit, he laptop should then see the phone as a flash drive.
