Hi, Folks. I just got a Galaxy S4 two days ago and its a big change from my almost 4 year old HTC Incredible. I'm a little overwhelmed right now but I am learning how to do new things everyday. My background is as a systems analyst which meant I did things like managed servers, did training and supported PCs. I've been out of that field for a few years and things have changed a lot since I left but I still do some of the same things as a hobby. I hope to get answers to my questions as they come up and maybe offer solutions too.

Android can be a little overwhelming to begin with and especially with the S4 which has SO many tweaks by Samsung. It's a crazy, booming forum so feel free to scour it and look for tips and tricks and support if needed:
