new messenger style? ics?

hi, i have been browsing roms to replace my old one and i came across one called ressurection remix and it had too many problems, every minute the light would come on when the clock changed.

any way the messenger system on the rom made me happy it looked like this

it has an arrow as the send button and will show icons next to messages..

how to i get that look ? what is it from? good rom suggestion?

i use aokp and its nearly exactly the same, the top is dark grey instead of black and the icon in the top left is green instead of blue. other than that they are exactly the same from what i can tell. i dont think ive ever heard of resurrection remix as a ROM though and ive been following them pretty closely since the phone came out
