This update changes the ID used for TWRP too. You'll need to install the latest TWRP update (thru Goo Manager) to create a backup and all your old backups will need to be moved from the 000000 folder to the new one. I use root explorer, but you could also use your computer to move them.

adjust menu centering for compatibility w/ themes
use older menu placement unless 10 or more entries
to maintain compatibility with moboot themes

seems that placing serialno as last cmdline arg triggers a
parsing error on older TWRP version(s), so place it earlier

It's nice to know that there's a little bit more flexibility in the positioning of the menu. The way it was centered previously bothered me just a bit.
