Help New motorola Bionic

And I dont have a clue how to use this thing, was wondering if one of you good folks could tell me how to acess the clip board ?
And maybe how to cut/copy/paste text ?

Just long press on the area you want to copy, then select "copy" or "select text" then "copy". Doesnt work inside apps though.
