Help New Mytouch 4G, Terrible battery life. Please help.

I just got this phone a couple days ago. I have had terrible battery performance since then.

Android Version - 2.3.4
HTC Sense verion 2.1
Software number - 2.32.531.1

Here is what my phone is saying, I have 25% left with light to moderate use.

4h 27m on battery

Display - 83%
Cell Standby - 5%
Application 1 - 4%
Phone Idle - 3%
Android OS - 3%
Application 2 - %2

I have brightness turned down all the way.
GPS, Wifi turned off.
Vibrate off.
Background data on.
Auto Sync off.
Power saver enabled.
Fast boot off.

Any idea why I'm getting crappy battery life? Any suggestions how to help? Anything would be appreciated.

Do you leave your screen on? Maybe it turns on in a pocket or a bag which is why the display has a high percentage. If anything, a third party extended battery has worked wonders for people that I know.

Turn your background data off? One of your apps might be constantly updating or pulling data.
