Ok when i'm texting my wife my phone to her email i dont get all her message. and for some reason my call waiting isn't working sencond call goes right to voice mail. any ideas

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! 
If you go to the dialer and select menu>settings you should get the options there for your call waiting, but it will be dependent on your carrier and android version.
The best place to get started will be in the forum for your specific device model. Just select it from the list on the Home Page and you should be fine. If you can't find it, then tell us what you've got and we'll point you in the right direction.
