ROMs New, need custom ROM for ZTE Overture :(

I have someone researching it for me, but we've found NOTHING. I guess the phone's too new or not popular enough for us to have found a stable ROM. To be honest, I don't know much about this stuff at all, but he does so I'm just trying to see if ANYONE can point me into a direction.

most ztes dont get alot of roms. that one ive never even heard of and may not even have a custom recovery that would allow custom roms

Nope, it doesn't yet. I was actually going to be getting this phone for testing at some point, junkie. It's another one of our 8930 phones It needs it's own forum for dev'ing.

If mrsp0701 wants to pm me to get me files, I can work on cwm and the oc kernel for it.

I have a similar issue. I have the ZTE OVerture (z995) and I cannot find any stock ROM downloads for this model. Will ROM for other ZTE work? Like the Z993? Thank you
