HI! Please help...My sweet mother got my 2 boys an android tablet for Christmas. I need a lot of help understanding this tablet, and how to get the chinese language off of everything...very very strange. The box says it is MID? Can you show me where to go please...Thank you so much!

I think there are a few tablets that call themselves MIDs. Is there anything else on the box? Maybe the company name/model number?
