From where? Hulu? The TV networks' sites? Files that you download?
Apps don't have movies, websites do, so what app you use depends on how you're getting the movies. If you were getting them from iTunes before, you can still do that, but I don't think there's an iTunes app for Android, so you'll have to download them on a computer, then transfer them to your Note.
