hey everybody im new to the android world i just received my droid eris yesterday and im having some trouble accessing my contacts from my previous phone thru back up assisstant . can anyone help me with that ?

Unfortunately I've never actually used backup assistant so I liklely can't help you there. May you could post up your issue in the Droid Eris support forum and someone there would be able to assist you?
