Since I had never heard of that before, I had to google it... (Google Image actually, yes I'm that lazy

To my horror, it's a flip-phone? Not even a smartphone?! IOWA, snap out of it!

Calm down, maybe he wants a super tough back up phone for work, or roaming through Harlem, lol. A backslide this extreme, there must be an explanation.

And it went back. Voice quality was crap when talking to older iDen phones via Direct Connect (which was the sole purpose of the device) so its back to my i576.
I must say though when using it to direct connect with CDMA series it was very clear, so after the transition im very hopeful for a new line of DC phones. Rumor has it Sprint is making a downloadable DC app for Android phones... which would be nice.. i wouldnt have to carry two phones any more.
I thought about getting the admiral but right now the dev community is zero and it has yet to be rooted...
